Geocache Description:

This is a consolation cache for the nearby "Hunting Bugs in Bowie." I (drbugman) adopted this cache "prenatally." Hunter7158 obtained permission and placed the cache and then asked me to fill out the paperwork and maintain it for him. (Too bad I can't claim it as a find!! (grin)) Credit Hunter for the hide and name. This one should be pretty easy as the title is a major hint. Be aware that this is Bowie and you get strange signal bounces here. Using the same GPS (Garmin GPSmap60CSx)that was used to place the cache originally, I was 35 feet off. The original coordinates in heavy tree cover (900 readings) are: N 38 57.369, W 076 43.448. The coordinates I used for the cache are an average of 400 readings on January 2, 2006. A tornado ripped through the area in the fall of 2006 and the orange tape is left over from a mock rescue drill. Please attempt only during the day and obey all park rules... CITO might be helpful in the area around the trail. You have to park on the curb and in no driveways... This is a residential area so please don't disturb any non-geocachers. Cache is a plastic peanut butter container covered in black tape. At the start, the cache contains: Parachute Army Man, F-15 Toy Plane, FTF Prize, and some cool magnetic insect toys. Credit Somalicat with the FTF!!!!!
