This cache is hidden on the cliffs overlooking the Keyser Industrial Park. While this cache is not hidden on one of the game trails, its in pretty open area. The terrain is not bad although you must be careful because of the cliffs. I adivse you to look for this one during the day to be on the safe side.
The reason for this cache is a memorial to a major transition in my life. I had finally graduated college with my B.A.E.; but missed my friends and my ex-girlfriend, couldn't find a career so I was stuck in a miserable job with misearble hours making plastic bags at Automated Packaging(the bright yellow building), lived at home with my mother and her stupid boyfriend, I practically quit running, I couldn't sleep, I had no social contact at all, I could never go to church, and I had begun to think my life was stuck. However, one day I decided I'd had enough. I made myself think and do positive. Then I got a great job with Allegany College of Maryland which led to my own apartment, a new car, return to church, running, and even realizing I'm better off without the ex-girlfriend. I made this cache to remind myself, and others, that when life doesn't seem worth it, if you work hard and have faith, you can make big changes. And once you do, never forget where you where and thank God you aren't anymore.
The cache is a shoebox size pastic container with a blue lid. It is in a plastic bag to keep dry so please remember to place it back in the bag before rehiding. There is a camera in this cache--Please do not take the camera. Take your picture and whoever takes the last one, please let me know so I can publish the pics. Also, you get a nice veiw over Keyser while your up there. God Bless and Happy Caching!
