Geocache Description:

GuangZhou Higher Education Mega Center is located in Xiaoguwei Island, Southeast of Guangzhou City. Incudes 10 Colleges, over 150,000 student live in there.

I am not sure "Niubei Gang"(hummock) is the right name, hope anther cacher can confirm that. From the terrain map (visit link) , it seems the hummock is the topmost site on Xiaoguwei Island.
