GOLD in the Silvermine Traditional Cache
Team Rampant Lion: I'm moving west (SF) so asked some friends to help me clean up. Creaky Joints was kind enough to help remove this cache. Thank you very much.

Placement approved by Stokes State Forest.
Located in Stokes State Forest, this cache is located along the Silver Mine Trail. It is located in the area where the previous property owner (John Snook 1875) had an old "silver mine shaft". Folklore suggested that when it was not in use, it was flooded to deter trespassers. Anyway, I didn't find it.
The entrance to Stokes State Forest is located off Route 206 at N41 11.082 W074 47.827. From there, take Coursen Road as far back (north) as it will go. When you reach the end, you will see a parking area on your left. As you head toward this cache coordinates, you will get on the Silver Mine Trail. As you walk from the parking area, you will walk alongside a series of waterfalls along a broad trail.
The cache is a GOLD (actually dayglow yellow) ammo can. How hard can that be to find, right? It is somewhat precarously placed so please take care to replace it as you found it (thanks!).
Enjoy the hike!
