Poustevna Na skalici

English

This cache will bring you on the hill "Na slalici" (561m) near the town Nepomuk. There is a small romantic stone hermitage built on the top the edge of a rock massif about 8 meters above the ground.

The cache container is placed 90 meters southeast from the hermitage building. It is best accessible by following the red hiking trail sign (what's that?) from the village Pradlo where you can leave your car. Alternatively a slightly longer hike is to follow the same sign from the town Nepomuk. Besides the final searching you don't need to step off the path.

The building is a round shape approximately 3 meters in diameter and has a nice clapboard roof. It is accessible by two wooden bridges with no handrails. Be cautious as the bridges may become slippery in wet weather.

The bridges, by which the hermitage was accessible, were blown down by the wind. But thanks to Rolfini & Medaci they are now back in place.
