The shores of this coast can be dangerous during high seas. Do not venture to close to the waters edge. Wet rocks and an angry wave could sweep you out to sea. Staying on the trail will keep you far from danger.

Enjoy a beautiful coastal stroll in Prospect to Mullins Cove. This rugged barren coastline is rich with wildlife and witness the power of the ocean. This stroll is best done when the seas are a little rough to get the full effect of its beauty crashing on to the shore. On the day I placed the cache there were deer bedded down by the bushes here. If you are careful and observant you to may see these beautiful creatures. Careful examinations of the branches reveal a Buck Rub. This is where a Male Deer will rub his antlers during mating season to leave his scent and mark his territory.
