Geocache Description:

Sign
This is a very easy cache to get too but might be a bit of a drive unless you are fortunate enough to live in the town of Wrightwood Ca. It’s in a beautiful part of the Angeles National Forest Near the Grassy Hollow Visitor Center.

Original Post from John, Donna and Slipper. We parked at the Visitors Center and walked north to the Sign that says "PACIFIC CREST NATIONAL SCINIC TRAIL" at 34 deg. 22.578N, 117 deg. 43.335W. The Center closes at 4:00 PM. After that you could park in the turn out near the gate. The cache is .02 off the trail.

From the cache the views are fantastic. This Donna's favorite place, especially in the evening. You can see the Mojave Desert to the north and the Inland Empire to the south. The big mountain to the West is Mt. Baden-Powell elev. 9399.

The cache is an ammo box. Adopted the cache from John, Donna, and Slipper on December 10, 2015
