This cache is hidden just beyond Saint John, In west branch Near Musquash. The cache is best accesed from the main west branch road. You need to take exit 92 at musquash and go onto West Branch road and walk down to the cache. This is a bit of a bushwack but easy for experienced cachers.
The cache is a 2 part multi with a usual size lock and lock containing logbook,pencil, sharpener and trade items at the final.
First part,
Just over the guard rail off of the West branch road. Take a look at the beautiful falls trickling down from the dam. You can see this dam very well from the road. Now make your way to your first coordinate and view the even larger falls at the bottom of the dam.
After this go across the road and make your way to the final. The final has even larger falls to be found. Hope you enjoy because it is worth it once you get there.
The final cache is hidden down over the bank, across the rocks in a clump of trees. You can view the falls really good from just in front of where the cache is hidden.
I have uploaded a clue photo as to where the cache is hidden to make it easier.
This cache only has a difficulty of 3 but the terrain rating is higher as it may be difficult to get to. When going over the steep incline please be careful. Access this cache going west bound from Saint John and park on West branch road and walk over the bank to the cache. This requires some bushwacking. Make sure you go down the bank on the proper side of the River.
Please be careful and leave your children at the top of the embankment accompanied by another adult unless they are very experienced.
