Holiday Lights Traditional Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
During the winter this cache may be more difficult to find and get to. The shortest way is straight up which also is the most difficult.
For about 15 years now, between Thanksgiving and on into January, travelers along I-90 have been given the treat of viewing lighted Holiday Displays. Quincy Resident Scott Lybert was the originator of the first display. The first two were, the man being chased by a large rolling snowball, and the Santa flying the space shuttle. Now there are close to two dozen displays for all to enjoy. They range in size over 20 feet of height and up to 50-60 feet in length. Most of them are action displays.
You wil see anything from the surprise Jack N Box to playful penguins. X-mas orniments to ringing bells.
The cache container is a small Lock n Lock and is near on of the retired displays.
