Southwest Michigan
Land Conservancy invites you to help protect the
local wild and scenic places you care most about: dunes,
wetlands, forests, savannas, prairies, farms and vineyards.
It's this diverse beauty that makes the landscape of southwest
Michigan such a special place to call home. Working together,
we can ensure that future generations will continue to enjoy
the extraordinary quality of life our natural lands
provide.
This short hike will take you into the Hidden Marsh Santuary,
along a steep cliff overlooking the Portage River, and down to the
Hidden Marsh area. There are many benches along the path to sit and
enjoy the sounds of nature. The trail you are on, will circle
around through the Santuary and bring you back out to the parking
lot. The cache is half way around the loop trail. You may enter
using ether trail.
Please C.I.T.O. as you go, and take the C.I.T.O. items home to
dispose of.
