This is a park and grab cache, there are no muggles, easy to drive to and is available at all times. It will require standard stealth of the search. You are looking for camouflaged plastic tumbler. The cache is camouflaged and hidden so you will have to look real good for it.
For approximately 50 years there existed a Municipal Swimming Pool on this site the rear of the present Hamilton Terrace school named the Natatorium. The Natatorium (this was the actual name and spelling), opened in 1919. It was a large salt water pool with bath houses along its northwesterly side. The salt water kept it clean much the same way chlorine does but without the chemical mess and cost. The water was salinated by the city, but derived from fresh water springs below Hamilton Terrace School. It closed in the 1970s and sat empty until filled in the 80s. In 1992 it was demolished altogether though, remnants of it are visible still. Originally it was named the Victory Natatorium because it opened just after the Allied victory in WWI. For a number of years it was known as the Municipal Swimming Pool.
You are looking for a Glad type container heavily camouflaged about one quart in size.
