A simple find. The difficultiy will be in evading muggles
The cache is located at a World War memorial in Cookstown, Ontario similar to those to be found all over Canada and the US. You will be able to spot it from a standing upright position. Thus you can remain inconspicuous as you attempt to locate it. This is important as the coordinates are rather close to congested downtown Cookstown , a church, a park, and busy highway 89.
Once you locate the cache, reach over and retrieve it quickly, have a seat and take your time in signing the log. Ensure you place the cache container cap snugly but not tightly and place it back as found. Nothing but a log so bring your own writing instrument.
There are two rules to log a find here.
1) Take a moment and reflect on the monument.
2) If you have younger geocachers with you explain to them why such monuments exist and why it is important to occasionally stop and pay your respects.
