This Downtown area shows a healthy revival in process. N of a former locally owned eatery, and near the Silver Lofts, the cache area straddles the division between commercial and residential districts.
Due to the high traffic, watch for muggles when searching for the cache. Be careful to replace exactly as you found it.
You may need to bring a couple of quarters for parking. You can also walk to Mosaic Monuments, Packard Garage, and '41 and Flying!' from this cache area.
