Fairly unobserved location, just act like a curious tourist. Won't be the first time anyone has stopped by this place. Cache is on a military installation so you probably will need proper authorization to get in. It's not inside a secondary perimeter, just out there for anyone to find.
This small cache is an altoids tin. Won't be hard to figure out the general location, but there are hundreds of hiding spots. During the rainy season you might want to wear your rubber boots, it gets quite muddy. Original contents are: log with pencil, USA Geocoin, a couple of pogs, a small carabiner from my hometown airport and a New York state quarter in remembrance of 9-11. Bring your camera, Saddam won't mind.
