Rickie turned fifty today and what does he want to do??? Go caching!!! In the snow nonetheless. Don’t worry, no hips were broken.
A fairly easy three & a half mile walk (RT) will get you to the end of the trail near Devils Butte in Lord Hill Regional Park. The last 50 feet will be off trail.
The park is large and there are enough caches to make a good day of it. Be sure to look out for birds, deer (we almost always see deer here) and cougars (Rickie saw one in this park once) along the way.
