This cache is an urban micro located in Abingdon. You will need to BYOP to sign the log. As the name implies, the cache is near water but you should not have to get wet to retrieve it.
The area the cache is in is a piece of urban engineering that has fascinated me since I have lived in the Abingdon area. I have also wondered about the origin of the street name here, if any finder knows what that origin is, include it in your log when you post the find. When I placed the cache, I had trouble getting a good signal for some reason. I took an average of 100 readings and then went back to the cache and got within 5 feet of it with the posted coordinates. If any finder believes they have better coordinates, post them, and I will make a correction. One other thing, the hint is not in standard English so you will have to translate it before you can use it.
PLEASE REPLACE THE CACHE WHERE AND JUST AS YOU FOUND IT!
