Park west side Dulaney Valley Rd. by Chapelwood. Enter watershed fire road

Here an angler carries in a rod and tackle box to catch a fish. Geo-hunters angle out this same fire road to tackle a challenge and fish for a cache.
All may enjoy pleasant level hiking to a point with panoramic views of Loch Raven resevoir.
