Parking is available either at the boulder blocked dirt road or at the sports field parking lot across from Marios pazzeria. Level trails around waterways.
This large sand/gravel area was once a natural peatmoss bog and now is reverting back to nature. I have used this 2x6 inch copper cache container several times before this placement, but not in this hiding technique or terrain location. Not being satisfied with the "tucked by a rock or log" hide, I came up with this creative idea. The accuracy was at 9 feet at placement, so coords are good. This can be an easy find or it could take a good search, depending upon your hunting skills and knowledge of my style.Cache is visable at the right angle and No need to go wading. Use trails to get you close to cache site and avoid a possible thorny bushwhack. PLEASE take time to replace site as not to give away hiding location, you know...make it look untouched.
