This is a spot that many locals are not even aware of. Interesting history, I'm sure. I just wonder what it is. Help piece it together with your comments.
This multicache will not run you all around Astoria (that one will come later), but I did promise something a little harder for my second cache so here it is.
Starting point:

Clue:
Total number of letters (two digit number) = ab
Which will take you to:
46 10.627
123 49.b3a
Clue:
Total number of what you are standing on (two digit number) = yz
Which ends at:
46 10.654
123 49.5yz
This shouldn't take to long to find, but you will want to watch your step as you explore this place. The cache is an ammo box and has a fresh set of goodies now that it has been replaced. After you find it, check out the nearby trails. A great place to spot wildlife. (And I don't just mean teenagers.)
