Flat lightly wooded area. Off trial can be difficult due to thorn bushes. Trail can be a bit muddy.
Silver 3" round can in a clear baggie. Should be easy to find. Contains logbook (please jot a short note), "Pedro" hiking patch, small rubber crab and a "first finder prize" wooden tag. Be sure to securely close container and put it back in the baggie. You can park by strip mall and enter trail from the north end or park by the school and enter the trail from the south end.
