This is an hour long multicache in and near Upton State forest. It's 3 miles round-trip.
Park at the trailhead at N42 12.804 W071 34.790 on Pond St. in Hopkinton. Take the Whitehall Trail into Upton State Forest. Whitehall trail is very substantial and easily bikable, but it is not marked. After passing some ponds (keep them on your left), the trail enters Upton State Forest.
This first cache is a metal disk with a two-digit number on it. Subtract "1" from this number to get a new 2-digit number. Substitute this number for the XX in these coordinates to find the second cache:

The second cache is near both the Whitehall Road trail and the Hawk trail. It is much better to approach the cache from the Hawk trail. When walking from stage 1, keep walking (past the cache) until the intersection with the Hawk trail. Turn right onto the Hawk trail and start following your GPS.
The second cache is small and contains a two-digit number. Take this number and subtract 5 and substitute this new two-digit number in the following coordinates:

The third cache is a coffee can. Among other things, there is an inexpensive camera inside. Please do not take the camera. Instead, use it to take a photo of yourself. If you would, please note the frame number on the camera and put it in your log entry so we know when to change the film.
