Geocache Description:


"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, for finding a cache in Bolivar"

This is one of two caches you will need to find in order to complete the puzzle cache A Tale of 2 Cities.

You will want to bring paper and pay close attention to the log as it will contain the encrypted N coordinates for the final cache location. You don't have to pay attention, but believe me the final stop is worth the effort. Do not make this hard, it should be really easy to figure out. Start with what you know?

This is located in a nice community park. The park opens at 7AM and closes at dusk. Be sure to check out the building in the front of the park. It was believed to provide a much needed resource to both the north and the south during one of the many battles to occur in these two towns during the civil war. You can park in the back at: N39° 19.453 W77° 45.028

The container is small so you will want to bring your own pencil/pen. However it is not micro-micro, and it might even be big enough for a coin or two?
