Geocache Description:

There is a Green Day song with the same name as this cache, but it is named for something at the cache location - and finding that is part of the mystery here. The co-ordinates given are merely a reference point. This cache requires some time and planning, you need to find clues from other caches to attempt this one.

To keep it interesting, what you need to find are colours and shapes, be able to do some basic maths, a having a knowledge of some NRL teams will help you out here too.

You will need to find the following caches and note the colour of the containers:

and note the shape on the back of the logbooks / inside cache lids of:

Once you have that information you can decipher the mystery to find the cache.

South co-ords:

The colours of the cache containers of "Governor's Grave" and "Pile-O-Frocks" match which NRL team's colour-scheme?

Newcastle Knights - 165
South Sydney Rabbitohs - 59
Brisbane Broncos - 420
Wests Tigers - 333
Parramatta Eels - 262
Sydney Roosters - 819
St George / Illawarra Dragons - 501
Canberrra Raiders - 216
Canterbury Bulldogs - 600

Once you have your answer, add the number given to the South co-ordinates decimal of the reference point given (S32 33.370)

East co-ords:

Note the shapes drawn on the back of the logbooks / inside the cache lids of "Lake St Clair" and "Singleton Date Hunt" geocaches and match to the following descriptions:

triangle -> 3
square -> 16
pentagon -> 40
hexagon -> 6
lightning bolt -> 57
heart -> 88
diamond -> 112
spade (as in playing cards) -> 203
club / three leaf clover -> 25
dog -> 70
cat -> 9

Add these 2 numbers together. Once you have your answer, add this number to the East co-ordinates decimal of the reference point given (E151 08.285)

You now will have the correct co-ordinates to find the cache. Be very careful when approaching the cache location, the terrain rating mainly applies to the last 20m or so. Happy Hunting.
