First to find prize. GeoCaching Pin. F.T.F...January 19, 2007 by CJDD (323 found) GOOD JOB..! The Sumner Cemetery on Valley Avenue East began as a pioneer cemetery on land donated by pioneer Isaac Woolery. Thanks to volunteers organized by the Sumner Historical Society, many of the oldest headstones have been cleaned. The number of stones with little lambs on them, is a sad testament to the high mortality rate for children in pioneer times. Use the posted coordinates (above) to locate the historical plaque. To find the cache from these first coordinates, Add together the 1st, 2nd and 4th numbers, then deduct the 3rd number of the year on the plaque. Deduct this answer from the North reading. Next, add together the 2nd & 3rd number of the year on the plaque. Deduct this total from the West reading.....this will get you to the first hint. Next step....Then look for "Post 3, Stone 6", then use second hint to find the cache.
