inspicio: Enabling the cache and then disabling the cache does not reset the counter.
I have taken the decision to archive this cache so that the area does become available to other cachers if they want to put a cache as they cannot if the listing is just disabled. When you return from overseas you are welcome to submit another listing if the area has not be taken.
