A traditional cache on the banks of Llyn Pendam.
Watery Wales 1 is a series of caches on the banks of lakes and streams in the Welsh Hills. Although you can drive very close to most of the caches it is recommended that you park at N52º26.278' W003º53.933' and enjoy the walk between the caches. (Mainly along tarmac but very quiet roads).
A traditional cache on the banks of Llyn Pendam. Although not far from the road you will need to walk a little way along a narrow (and often slippery) track.
Llyn Pendam is a shallow, picturesque lake surrounded by forests. A perfect place for a picnic in the summer and equally pleasant in the winter especially when there is snow on the ground.
The cache itself isn't puschair accessible but it is only a short distance from the tarmac road which is pushchair friendly.
Please retrieve and replace the cache carefully whilst respecting the local environment.
