Geocache Description:

About 30 Yard from small parking area that overlooks Dave Johnston Power Plant

This is a very quick easy off Interstate cache, and easy back on. Park in the Dave Johnston Power Plant Public access lot just off the off ramp of I-25 (signs are posted). Cache is hidden about 20 yard from lot. Small but has room for trade items.
