Cache is located on good firm walking ground, just off the public footpath. Please keep dogs on leads if sheep are along the footpath which they were on the day the cache was placed.
This is a lovely walk towards Bassenthwaite Lake following a path which is part of the Allerdale Ramble. Close to the lake is an idilic little church St Bega it is worth a look, it really is so beautiful.
In the Summer months look out for the Ospreys which have been visiting for the last few years.

Because of the tree cover there are different readings all GPS's are only accurate to a certain amount of feet. I have checked the co-ordinates a few times
