I would recommend parking at N59 26.072 E005 14.752 there is a new gravel path leading from here and past the cache.
At Kvalsvik there is a man made enclosure which allows you to swim safely in the salt water of the Northern sea. Kvalsvik is frequently visited in the summertime by locals and tourists alike, the road leading to the coordinates I've listed as a parkinglot is narrow and winding so take care and drive safely.
There is also a lighthouse in Kvalsvik and to reach the cache you will have to find a way to get towards it. The cache itself is seethrough with a blue rim on the lid.
