Quick drive up.
A point in the middle of nowhere? On a clear day you can see: The snow capped Sierra to the northeast, the Winters Gap to the WNW, and Mt. Diablo to the South. After only living in California for 2 years I've amazed by it's natural beauty. The use of the fields is always changing too: from lambs to cows to tomatoes to corn to hay. Mallards, cranes, sandpipers, hawks and crows are here, too. Lots to see in the middle of your 10K jaunt.
