Dies ist der dritte und letzte Cache der Turmpeilungen. Bei den anderen beiden, "Turmpeilung kirchlich" und "Turmpeilung weltlich", haben etliche Finder die Final Koordinaten weitestgehend am Schreibtisch bestimmt. Deshalb wollte ich noch einen Cache nachschieben, bei dem die Peilung wirklich "draußen" stattfinden wird. Wer nicht eine detaillierte Karte der Umgebung und ein Lineal oder seinen Computer mit digitalen Karten mitbringt, der muss vermutlich sogar zweimal in diese Gegend, einmal zum Peilen und einmal zum Loggen. Andererseits ... habe ich letztendlich mit den Bildern allen potentiellen "Schreibtischtätern" Hilfestellung geleistet.
Wartet auf einen Tag mit besonders guter Fernsicht und begebt Euch irgendwie zu den Startkoordinaten (Parkplatzempfehlungen könnte Ihr bei Radler-Caches nicht erwarten). Ihr werdet von dort aus in der Ferne einen Turm sehen. So in etwa sieht es mit blossem Auge, leichtem Tele, bzw. starkem Tele aus:
Wie heisst dieser Turm, beziehungsweise der Berg, auf dem er steht?
Wenn Ihr keine bessere Idee habt, wie Ihr das rausfindet, könnt Ihr so vorgehen, wie ich es gemacht habe. Ich habe die Richtung zum Turm bestimmt: Einen Punkt anvisiert und gemerkt, der genau auf der Sichtlinie zum Turm liegt. Hingelaufen und den Punkt als GPS Waypoint markiert. Zurück zum Ausgangspunkt und "Goto" zu diesem Waypoint eingegeben. Schon zeigt das GPS den Winkel an. Nur die Entfernung dürfte noch nicht stimmen. Diese Prozedur kann man an einer zweiten Stelle wiederholen, an der man auch den Turm sieht, zum Beispiel bei 32 U 500406 5387688. Wo sich die beiden Geraden schneiden, die Ihr damit festgelegt habt, steht der Turm.

Für die ersten 8 Buchstaben des Namens des Berges auf dem der Turm steht, sucht Ihr aus der Tabelle die zugehörigen Ziffern und ersetzt damit die 8 Pünktchen in den Final Koordinaten.

Die Gegend ist wenig bekannt und trickreich. Bitte nehmt eine Topo Karte mit! Der "Trailhead" Wegpunkt ist Euch wärmstens empfohlen. Ihr werdet keinen bequemen Weg finden, der dort nicht vorbei kommt.

This is the third an last cache of the "Turmpeilungen". With the other two, "Turmpeilung kirchlich" and "Turmpeilung weltlich", many finders have determined the final coordinates at home. So I wanted to add one more cache, where the bearing ("Peilung") must actually be gained outdoors ("draussen"). If you do not bring a map and a ruler or your computer, you might even need to go there twice, once to determine the bearing and once to seek the cache. In the end ... I provided the pictures with enough information for a few of you to be able to calculate the final coordinates from home.
Wait for a day with an extraordinary visibility and get to the start coordinates (recommendations for parking can not be expected for a Cache from Radler). From there you will see a tour in the far distance. The above pictures give an idea of the view with no, a moderate and a strong tele respectively.
What is the name of the tower, or more precisely, of the hill the tower is standing on?
If you do not know any better, you could use the same method as I used for finding out. I have determined the bearing to the tower in the following way: I looked for a point in the exact same direction to the tower. I hiked to that point and marked it as a GPS Waypoint. Back to the orignial position. Enter "Goto" for that marked point. Now the GPS displays the bearing to the tower, just the distance will be larger. You can repeat this process in a second area, where the tower is visible, for example at 32 U 500406 5387688. Now you determined two lines with the origins and bearings. They should meet at the tower.

The area is not widely known and a bit tricky. Please bring your topo map! And please make use of the "trailhead" waypoint. You will not find any reasonable way unless you pass this waypoint.
