ROTSIP: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Geocache Description:

A lunch-box sized cache. The theme is (as you would imagine) about collecting coins from around the world. Numismatics might bore most folk but coins can be very interesting. They are a record of time dating back to early civilizations. From Kings to Queens, Notables, Fauna, Flora and Exotic locations it’s all there…and its date stamped. It feels good to hold a three hundred year old coin and to imagine where it has been and what adventures and sights it must of experienced. Whose hands had it been passed to over all those years?

This cache has been started with a small group of coins. There’s a coin from Botswana that was minted in the year of my birth (1974), a Hong Kong Dollar, a “10 years of freedom” anniversary two Rand coin and a good few others. The coins do not have to be of large denomination or very old to matter. Coins are coins and none of the ones in the cache are of much value, the aim here is for variety.

Besides the coins and the obligatory log book and pen there are other smallish items; a love patch, a sewing kit, a black stretchy lanyard, a cute white kitten toy and a blow up world globe and my newly arrived UNITE FOR DIABETES T.B.

The cache is placed underneath a rock with a scenic view of the ocean; it is partially concealed by small rocks. Please re hide it well! There is paved parking for about two or three cars nearby by and the walk from the car to the cache is about 3 or 5 minutes. Follow the little path a bit and then use your GC skills to sniff it out.
