This cache was placed as part of the Winter Cache Hide on Feb 2/07. Some scrub walking & not much bushwacking
This cache is in an area where you can enjoy a lot of the local activities. There is lots to do for everyone. A great place for the children to get rid of excess energy, you could have a nice picnic lunch, sit and reflect by the fountain. Drop in for a light lunch and enjoy the view of Shoal Cove and the Tancooks from the Deck. There is also a walking trail at the back of the Park. This whole area has been developed by local volunteers and is a great testament to what a community can do when they work together.
When you find the cache, take a moment to pay your respects and appreciate the art work that is nearby. There are a number of ways to get to the cache but great parking is located at N44.30.434, W064.07.257.
NOTE: Should there be an emergency keep a lookout for the whirly-bird.
