This cache is located in Garner's White Deer Park at the end of one of the trails. Park is only open from 8:30 a.m. to sunset.
You are looking for a standard decon container. There are buildings nearby, but it isn't necessary to enter any of them. Should be fairly muggle free. Many small animals around.
