Geocache Description:

A view from a crag

This cache is located on Great Wolfrey Crag at the intersection of Hebdenhigh Moor, Appletreewick Moor & Gouthwaite Moor. No climbing is necessary and the views from the top are quite splendid on a clear day. This cache is off the beaten track on Open Access Land and dogs are NOT allowed (except guide or hearing dogs) - check out the open access website for the current status before your journey. Don't attempt this cache with kids, in poor weather/visibility or unsuitably attired. The terrain is heather-ridden and boggy so take care and leave yourself plenty of time.

And there's more .......

If you liked this cache there are many more 'Sykesfamily' caches in similar, awe inspiring locations scattered around the Yorkshire Dales National Park and surrounding valleys. So grab your walking boot, pack your sandwiches, leave your troubles behind and head for the hills .... Enjoy!!
