Geocache Description:

You are looking for a 10x6 inch camoed cylinder cache. It is located about 50 feet from the road. This road leads into and away form the Death Valley National Monument. It is not inside the park.

Salsberry Pass is one of the many passes located in this wonderful desert area. The elevation is 3315 feet at this location. We chose this spot because one of the mtngirls surnames is Salsbury. When placing the cache we found a memorial nearby - please be respectful and leave the cremains and Urn in peace. Cache is not located anywhere near the cremains. As always in the desert, beware of things that sting and bite. Please replace cache better than you found it.

This pass is said to be one of the best places to see the Spring wildflowers.

Congratulations to Pahrump Rock Hamsters on the FTF!! Great job.
