As folks will know, I have placed another elephant related cache
not far from here, Nelly, the Elphinstone Elephant (GCW7Y1). So
with more elephants in East Lothian just down the road I had to
place a cache here!
The elephants in question are in the grounds of the Auction
House across the (very busy - careful!) road from the cache.
To get to the cache itself, I'd suggest parking at the end of
the wee road to the Drummohr camp site - there's plenty of room
there. Walk back along the path and enter the field throgh the gap
in the wall and keep to the edge of the field - can be muddy,
you've been warned! If you try to park next to the cache (Pooter,
this means you!), you'll have to climb a six foot wall...
The container is a small-ish lock and lock type box with room
for swaps and lots of lovely geocoins with nice new icons!! The
observant will notice that the stamp is the same as Nelly, the
Elphinstone Elephant. There is a good reason for this. It is! I
found a more appropriate stamp for Nelly so they have been
swapped.
