Binary Brain Bender Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

squatchmeb: I need to archive this one due to the vandalism in the area. The glass at GZ makes this area too dangerous to be viable anymore.

Geocache Description:

This involves a little math, but I thought it was kind of fun.

Once at the given coordinates, look to the south. You should see some Highway signs. Use the US highway number and ignore the state highway number.

Let A= the left hand digit of the highway number
Let B=the right hand digit of the highway number

Let C=ABAABA
Let D=ABBBBB
Let E=AAABABABAA
Let F=ABAAAAB
Let G=AAA
Let H=ABBAABAAB

You must change the above from binary numbers (base two, that’s what computers read in their programming) to decimal numbers (base ten, that’s what we are most familiar with).

You now have six decimal (base ten) numbers.

Place the decimal numbers into this formula and you will have the coordinates of the cache site.

N C degrees D.E
W F degrees G.H
