Welcome to the “Ham Capital of the World.” First colonized in 1634 by early settlers of Jamestown, Smithfield is known for its Hams, History, and small-town hospitality.
The cache started out as an ammo can, was changed to a small container about 4-1/2 inches long attached about 4 feet up. However, the tree the cache was hidden in was taken down. The cache is now a small magnetic container connected to the bottom side of one of the only things out there a magnet can connect to. It is located near one of the busiest intersections in the town of Smithfield. Finding it will be easy. Retrieving and signing the log, without being seen, will prove to be much more difficult. Available 24/7. Might be easier at night, muggles-on-wheels are everywhere. Use stealth mode.
NOTE: Park in the grocery store parking lot.
