Hiway 97--In the Oaks Traditional Cache
Rock Rabbit: I'm afraid this cache is inside the boundary of the Yakama Reservation. Our maps are better now than when this cache was published 10 years ago and we didn't catch it then. Since they clearly do not want people to trespass, I am archiving this listing.

I decided that the long stretch between Goldendale and the Yakima Valley needed some caches. This is a "Trucker Friendly" cache along Hiway 97 near the northbound lane. Parking for big rigs in good weather within 100 yards of the cache site.
Parking area is not developed or maintained. Use caution in snow or wet weather. Cache is a small round camoed tin, with log & pencil. Room for small trade items.
