A micro, hanging from a clip, in plain sight (almost)
This should be real easy for people to find, but I ask that you be careful when retrieving or replacing because one slip and it'll fall far. Also, it doesn't have the best of fit, but I can make another clip that fits better while this one sits there for a time. Bison tube, so bring your own writing instrument. Lastly, I would recommend searching after dark or 5pm, whichever is later, because the nearby office building has a great view of the spot.
