Based on some recent DNFs and then a find sounds like an old container that once was muggled mysteriously reappeared. If it has a log in in sign it and log it.
This cache used to be a Travel Bug Lodge but was muggled so rather than have someone else muggle another one we changed this cache to another of our micro series at the beach accesses. This micro is hidden in the same way that 4 of our other caches are at the beach.
Please after signing the log return the tube to its original hiding place and you will have to use great stealth in searching for the cache at certain times of the year as there is high muggle activity here.
BYOP as the cache contains a log only.
You do not have to go on private property or the dunes to find the cache.
