Dalesman:
This cache appears to have been unavailable/in need of attention for some time. Would the owner please check this cache and repair it or give an indication of when it may be sorted out. Otherwise it should be archived.
If there is no response to this log after 30 days I will archive the cache. If this is done then it will not be undone, except in very exceptional circumstances.
In the meantime I am disabling it.
"Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location. You are responsible for occasional visits to your cache to maintain proper working order, especially when someone reports a problem with the cache (missing, damaged, wet, etc.). You may temporarily disable your cache to let others know not to search for it until you have a chance to fix the problem. This feature is to allow you a reasonable amount of time – normally a few weeks – in which to check on your cache. If a cache is not being maintained, or has been temporarily disabled for an unreasonable length of time, we may archive the listing."

If this cache is to remain "live" then please add a review note (the "Write Note" option on the drop-down menu) giving an indication of your intended action.

Many thanks,

Geocache Description:

Situated between the town of Billingham and one of the busiest roads in the North East (A19), Billingham Beck Valley is one of Stockton Borough’s most interesting areas of countryside. With its colourful meadows, ponds, marsh and woodland, this site provide a vital refuge for wetland plants and animals, many of which have specific habitat requirements.
Designated as a Local Nature Reserve in 1992, this valuable pocket of countryside has been preserved as a haven for wildlife and a place where people of all ages can explore, enjoy and learn about the countryside. Regular practical conservation work, environmental education and popular countryside events demonstrate that the site is a valuable local resource.
The visitor centre opens between 08.30- 16.00 and parking is free, but you can visit the park outside these hours, just park on the side verge at the visitor centre gates. Be warned this park is a flood plain and during winter time can be very muddy!
This cache is hidden in an open site so be on the lookout for muggles.

Cache contents are: FTF Prize, mini screwdriver, fluorescent pen, sun cream, “tutter” toy, livestrong wristband, candle, novelty pen, rugrats toy, trolley coin, card tool, breast cancer pin, whistle, sega mini game, hematite bracelet
