A. CAXAPOB Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Leptoceratops: Hello!
I'm archiving your cache as it has been disabled for more than a one month and it is lost, completely damaged or inappropriate. Caches should be visited and maintained within 30 days after disabling.
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

If there are still leftovers from container I would appreciate if other players could collect them so that there is no trash in the nature.

Happy geocaching!

Geocache Description:

Soviet nuclear physicist, dissident, human rights activist and a Nobel Peace Prize winner Andrei Sakharov was one of the brightest Russian people who significantly supported Lithuania to break off from the Soviet Union.

CAXAPOB is how his name is read in Russian. Sakharov was born on May 21, 1921 and there is a square in Vilnius that was named after him. On Sakharov's 90th birthday I moved the Spaudrumis cache a little toward the square which is adjacent to Spaudrumis itself and gave the cache a new name. This will be my little tribute to Andrei Dmitrievich.

The old description was as follows:

Spaudrumis aka Spaudos Rumai is a Publishing House with multiple paper and FM radio station HQ offices sharing one building.

Located on the edge of Pilaite/Karoliniskes/Virsuliskes it is easy reachable by bicycle or public transportation.

The cache is a film can not suitable for swag. The space is sufficient to host a logroll and a pencil. Latter tends to disappear so BYOP recommended.

Congratulations to samiras on the FTF!

The coords provided are only approximate. As with all my hides I try to do as much sampling as possible, but seldom get a professional precision. Don't expect to find the cache exactly at the numbers your GPSr reads. Other than plainly logging "off coords" please add your version of correct coords, this will make your entry useful both for cache owner and other seekers. Appreciate your cooperation.
