On the Hele Valley Trail between the A39 and Pinch Hill. An easy walk over grass and some mud, taking 20-30 minutes for the round trip.
The Hele Valley Trail is a pair of footpaths through newly planted woodland. The cache is located alongside the upper path but when you've found it please carry on until you meet the lower path and return along the riverside. The cache is not far from my other cache on the lower trail. Keep your eyes peeled down by the river because otters and kingfishers have been seen.
Parking is avaialble at both ends of the trail. At Pinch Hill (N 50° 48.668 W 004° 31.447) go through the gate into the field. It can be muddy but hard standing is planned. Alternatively the barge workshop (N 50° 48.304 W 004° 32.036) offers good parking and a short walk North up the old A39 to the start of the trail.
The cache is a plastic sandwhich box with a few swaps, log book and room for travel bugs.
The direct route indicated by your GPS may point straight through brambles and nettles, do not despair as there is a narrow path to the cache, you just have to find it!
