Hot Cold Multi-Cache

This cache is based on the old game of finding something by
telling someone that they are Cold, Cool, Warm or Hot as they get
closer or farther away from what they are looking for.
Cache Description: Remember when you were a kid
and played the game of hiding something and then trying to get your
friend to find "it" by telling them that they are Hot, Warm, Cool,
or Cold based on the distance that they are from what they are
looking for. Well that is exactly what this cache is. I have placed
35mm film canisters at certain respective distances from the cache
so that you will know when you are Cold, Cool, Warm, or Hot in
relation to the cache.
Posted coordinates: Will take you to an area
where you will find your first "clue" as to how far you are from
the cache.
Cache Set Up: Film canisters were placed in a
row together running roughly in the same direction. You will know
that you are going lateral if you find another container of the
same type. Cache was placed in roughly the same direction as the
film cannisters were placed apart from each other. In other words
if you find a "Ice" stage and then find a "cool" stage you are
going in the right direction. If you do not find any canisters try
another direction.
Stage Placement: Each stage is painted a
different color. Ice is White, Cool
is Light Blue, Warm is
Orange, Hot is Red.
Final is an ammo can hidden within 30 feet of the red or Hot
canisters. I have placed each of the canisters in easy to find and
see spots in the usual locations. Check tree holes, stumps and
such. Canisters are only covered with leaf litter and bark so as
not to be seen by muggles.
Parking: Parking coordiantes will put you within
a very short hike to the starting position. You may see a No
Trespassing Sign that is in reference to parking beyond the gate,
which you should not do. Sign is not intended for park visitors
that walk in from the gate.
