This is one of our Fast Cache Series caches. The caches in our Fast Cache Series are meant to be quick, easy caches along Rt. 2 for all travelers who are traveling East or West. All the caches in our Fast Cache Series have pull-off’s with plenty of parking and all the caches are within feet of your car. They are designed to be quick caches, allowing for drivers/families to take a break from their drive.
While in the area play some golf at the Goodnow’s Chip ‘n’ Putt, get a good cup of coffee at the Shelburne Falls Coffee Rosters or go across the street to Strawberry Field Antiques or A-Frame Art & Collectables. Also across the street is Mohawk Orchards where you can pick your own apples and peaches when in season.
This cache was placed using our Rino530 GPS. We took an average of 5 coordinates and were accurate to 13 feet.
THERE IS NO WRITING UTENSIL IN THE CACHE. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN!!
This cache is winter friendly and the parking area should be plowed during the winter. If there is lots of snow and you need to dig, read the hint first!!
