As one drives around Yuba City there are only a few spots of agriculture left and this quiet road has been here for years and is about to be developed into homes for our commuters. To bad the city fathers can't get good paying jobs for our young people right here. This spot marks a pole position for the next development.

Bring a pen. The ground here is very expensive and is surrounded by distant homes and will be part of the infill of homes that will take place in the future.
