Located at the Green Lake Boat Landing off Nicolin Road in Ellsworth. Turn onto Nicolin Road from Route 1A and the public boat landing is approximately 2.5 miles in.
This is a busy spot year round. During the summer boats put in and out here and during the winter ice fisherman use this as access to the lake. Canoe and kayak enthusiasts will enjoy this spot on Green Lake and several very large fish are caught here each year. You are looking for an ammo can. Please be as discreet as you can if people are nearby and try to re-cover the "hide" as well as you found it. Enjoy another of Maine's pretty spots!
