Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Guide Stoop Series. This cache is to compliment our drive-by series and gives you the chance to stretch your legs.
The Stoop is situated on the north-eastern edge of Big Moor and is unique to Derbyshire as it is the only one to have 'WAY' inscribed instead of the usual 'ROAD'.
Parking is available for possibly two vehicles at the entrance of the reservoir service road. Access has been granted from this point. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE UP TO THE CACHE. THERE IS A SMALL STILE TO THE LEFT OF THE GATE
Alternative parking for this cache can be found at:
N53'17.793/W001'34.645 which will give you a walk of 120mtrs west to gain access to the moor and then a gentle walk of 0.52mls to the stoop.
SPECIAL THANKS TO MATTHEW CRONEY OF THE PEAK DISTRICT NATIONAL PARK FOR PERMISSION TO PLACE THIS CACHE.
